Directions from Tucson International Airport to KLA's ADE Phase Shift facility.

Follow the road exiting the airport (Tucson Blvd.) to the first traffic light, which is Valencia. Take a right on Valencia and proceed to the second traffic light (Palo Verde.) Turn right on Palo Verde and take the first right onto (Universal Way). KLA's ADE Phase Shift is located on the left side of the road at 3470 E. Universal Way.

Directions from Westbound I-10 to ADE Phase Shift

Take the “Palo Verde South Exit 264A”. Stay on Palo Verde, crossing through the light at Benson Highway. The next light is Valencia. Continue south just past Valencia. Take the first right off of Palo Verde. This is Universal Way. KLA's ADE Phase Shift is located on the left side of the road at 3470 E. Universal Way.
